Our offerings include the Elegant Wedding Backdrop, Corporate Brand Wall, Festive Party Zone, and custom thematic installations for events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, product launches, and other celebrations. Our services are offered primarily in the Bronx, New York, and the greater New York metropolitan area. Service availability may vary based on location, date, and inventory.

Account Registration and Information

Delivery, Setup, and Venue Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your venue can accommodate our decor equipment, including adequate space, access for delivery and setup, and any electrical or structural requirements. Delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information, inaccessible venues, or venue-specific restrictions may be passed on to you. Our team will make reasonable efforts to complete setup and teardown within the agreed timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Rented decor items must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided. You may not alter, modify, or damage rental items. Decor must not be used in a manner that poses a safety hazard to guests or property. Open flames near fabric or flammable materials are prohibited unless explicitly approved by us. You are responsible for the care of rented items during the rental period and may be charged for any loss, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal use.

Disclaimer of Warranties
